The Samuel Bates House (c. 1811) is a mixed use property located in the Village center in Cohasset, Massachusetts, an affluent coastal community 25 miles south of Boston. The rental unit was recently renovated and has a combination of the charm of yesteryear with a dramatic spiral staircase entrance and hardware floors, and all the modern amenities including granite countertops, central air conditioning, and a full size washer and dryer. Our vacation rental is the ideal base of operations for your Wedding, local event, or spectacular summer vacation. Cohasset Village is home to a picturesque town common, top ranked restaurants, and unique boutiques. Cohasset harbor, a working harbor with a fleet of more than 30 lobster boats as well as marina and docking facilities.
