On the upper level, the double living room offers two seating areas and opens to the main deck. The kitchen also opens to the deck and has eat-in dining. Off a short hallway from the living room, there is a master bedroom with bathroom, another bedroom and a second bathroom. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms (one has no privacy from the stairway or the bedroom across the stairway) and an exit to the rear yard. A short distance from the main house is a charming rustic cottage built into a massive redwood stump; this cottage has its own deck, but no bathroom. Steps lead from the main deck to the rear yard and large lawn. From the yard, there's a path to the river. At the side of the house, there's a deck with hot tub and a cabana.
