We invite you to come stay at our beautiful lake resort condo! This unique resort located on Lake Travis offers spectacular views of the lake and the hill country. The resort offers two beautiful landscaped outdoor pools, two outdoor hot tubs and a heated indoor pool with hot tub. You can workout in the brand new gym, play tennis or visit the spa for a message. The resort also has a restaurant and sports bar. Other near-by amenities include golf, boating, fishing and shopping. Take a short drive through the hill country or visit Austin, Texas and see what the Capitol city has to offer. The inside of our condo features a king size bed, Queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV's and DVD player. The kitchen is complete with all Plates, pans, pots utensils etc... The surrounding area offers two golf courses, many restaurants, a grocery store, and 'The Pier'(a floating restaurant/bar with live music on many weekends), is just a short drive away.

As our guest enjoy access to the Point Venture Park! Due to current Lake levels, the Island on Lake Travis Condo Association has closed the onsite boat ramp as of July 26th, 2008. No worries! The Island on Lake Travis is still surrounded by the waters of Lake Travis and still offers wonderful views, just the boat ramp has been closed. As a guest in our units enjoy a wonderful private park in Point Venture that offers 3 boat ramps! I am told that Lake Travis access due to Lake levels, either high or low, has always been available by at least one of these 3 ramps. Plus the park is just beautiful and has a covered pavilion.
