Beach Rose Cottage is located down a very quaint cottage lane in exclusive and private Granite Point. The cottage has been recently renovated and is very well maintained. Best of all, two very private beaches are located within a 2-5 minute walk. This is a particularly good location for seaside biking and kayaking in either the ocean or nearby marsh/nature preserve. Within bicycling distance are the restaurants, shopping, and activities found in either Biddeford Pool or Kennebunkport. The shops and restaurant of downtown Kennebunkort are a 10 minute drive away. A 15 minute drive brings you to the Fun Town amusement park, and the shopping outlets in Kittery and Freeport are both about 1 hour away. The cottage contains all of the comforts of home so that you can enjoy your stay - even Internet and a washer & driver, as well as a landscaped backyard with fire pit. Beach Rose Cottage is ready to be a party of your family's memories this summer!

The Beach Rose Cottage was a fully equipped (beyond expectation) in a quiet neighbourhood. It is ideal for families looking for all the amenities of home without being in a busy tourist area. It is located 15 minutes from Kennybunkport - for the times you feel like getting out to shops and restaurants. Fortune Rocks beach (the nicest in the area!) was a five minute drive away. Fresh lobster is sold everywhere and can be cooked at home! Both Freeport and Kittery are less than an hour away.

The cottage was very clean and spacious. The grounds were well maintained and there was truly, nothing missing. Although the house is not air conditioned, we were there in a "heat wave" and the window fans were sufficient. My husband and are were there for a quiet getaway - and we were not disappointed. We would definitely recommend this property.
