This 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo has stunning blue water views, and sunsets every night. Only 100 ft. from the water! This is an end unit on the 2nd floor of the centrally located Kona Reef complex.

This condo is located in Kailua-Kona village at the Kona Reef complex. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is for those who want to be on the oceanfront and see dolphins and whales from their private lanai. Even better, unless you like to drive, you can leave your car parked and walk three blocks to restaurants, shopping and local activities.

The complex has covered parking, security guards, a pool, and spa. You can keep an eye on your children at the pool from your lanai. The main attraction is stunning blue water views and sunsets every night. The lanai is only 100 feet, at the most, from the water. When the surf's up, you will watch surfing and boogie boarding straight out from the lanai. The cool ocean breezes flow through the lanai window to keep your place pleasant all day and night. The condo is a second floor end unit.

There is a 3 night minimum/10 during Ironman and Christmas seasons. This is a non-smoking, no pets unit. Hawaii Tax ID: W32522580-01

The. View and location was great. We stayed a month and wanted to stay longer. This was our 4th trip to the big island. We plan to return in a couple of years. We always leave some activities to do for the next visit.
The condo was very nice and is being updated. I just hope you don't get rid of that wonderful sectional sofa....that is one if the reasons that I chose this condo. Maybe it could be re-covered when needed ??? New window coverings have been ordered. The master bath needs some work...a better commode and sink faucets,etc. A screen door on the entry would be nice so it could be locked for better security instead of leaving the door open for ventilation. Overall a great unit.

The management company was so responsive - we were very impressed. We have stayed at this condo several times and they were the best. However, this condo has been falling into a greater and greater state of disrepair over the last few years. The condo owners need to refurbish the blinds and appliances at the very least.
