Additional information about rental rates

  • Saturday to Saturday rentals only during summer months. Three day minimum other times.
  • Posted rates include towels, sheets, bathroom tissue, facial tissue, dish soap, counter cleaner, and departure cleaning fee. At the time of registration, a $200.00 security deposit will be processed using your credit card as an 'Authorize Only' approval …… no charges will be requested from the credit card providing there is no damage to the unit and its content beyond normal usage wear. There are not add-on fees to our posted rates.
  • Long term rates available for off-season months.

My family recently spent a week at this condo & had the time of our lives. Very clean & a great value!!! We can't wait until next year! All our questions were answered by a very friendly and personanable gentleman (Stan). If you're looking for a "home away from home"... look no further... this is it!

Away some place for staying and enjoying Vacation

I just visited Myrtle beach for 3 day Vacation and property owner offer me good deal for 3 nights. I reach at 7:00pm and called to the concern person(Stan Monroe) for my query and he pickup the phone and answer my question. First impression is good as a customer service. Then i went to Receiption for parking and direction and i see so many people is around to receiption and in counter 5 to 6 person handling all of the customer. One of the lady ask me about question and she answered me with the map and direction. Only i have to wait for 2 minutes for my question and answer. Then i checkin my room and see one of my dream room because what ever they specified in the list of amenities and services will be there. It is really wonderful arrangement in room and looks great. Also great view from front and back balcony. Resort is front of the Sea. So you seat in your balcony and watch outside views. Whenever i think to visit Myrtle beach again then i will definately book this room for my future vacation. I am 36 year old man and visited with my wife and two daughters(one is 5 months and another is 4 years). So i will Recommend to any one who is planning their future vacation.
