Spend your vacation relaxing in a spacious 4 bedroom home, perfect for families. The house comfortably sleeps 8. It is located in a gated community and also has it's own security alarm. The kitchen is fully equipped, for all your cooking needs. If you would rather not cook on vacation, visit one of the many restaurants located nearby. The dining area seats 6 and there is an additional breakfast table which seats 4. The family room has a flatscreen TV, VCR and DVD player. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third and forth bedrooms each have two twin beds. Each bedroom has it's own TV. A washer and dryer are also provided. Kids and adults will enjoy the screened in pool after a day at the theme parks. For those with small children, a highchair, portable crib, and sit and stand stroller are provided at no additional cost. There is a pool table in the garage, high speed internet access and wifi.

  • Rental rate includes 12% Florida tax. Stays less than 7 days require $85 cleaning fee.
  • Optional pool heat is $30/day, usually needed from October-March
    Optional grill can be rented for $40/week
  • 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance and a $250 security deposit is due 6 weeks prior to the rental stay. The security deposit is refunded within 2 weeks of the end of the stay, once the management company has checked the property for damage.
    Payment is accepted by personal check or paypal.

Great home, very close to Disney!

We just returned from a week at Disney World and stayed at this house. It well exceeded our expectations and I would stay there again. It was close to food, shopping, grocery, a short drive to the Airport and 15 minutes from Disney. The house was clean, well maintained, spacious, and comfortable. It included everything we needed, along with some amazing extras like a double stroller, which saved us at Disney.

The owner was awesome to work with, super patient, and helpful. All of my emails were promptly responded to and fax and telephone numbers were offered. The management company was also great to deal with on check-out.

We would gladly stay at this house again, it was roomy enough for our family of 6 allowing all of our older children to have their own bedroom (they shared a few times) and like a previous reviewer, we also used the huge closet as a nursery, it was spacious and climate controlled, the perfect size for our 14 month old.

The neighborhood was quiet and everything was so easy to find, especially with the directions supplied by the owner. We have no regrets whatsoever, and we will gladly stay here again next time we are in the Orlando area!

Outstanding Vacation Experience!

This was our first time to rent a vacation home through Home Away. This location was exceptional, to say the least. It was only 15 mins. away from Disney World. The home was luxuriously furnished. We had everything we needed; kitchenware, towels/beach towels, washer/dryer. The pool is small but was sufficient for the five of us. There is a Super Wal Mart, a Target shopping center, and numerous restaraunts located nearby. The Property mgmt. company was readily available. They responded within 15 minutes when we encountered a problem with the security alarm upon arrival (which was after office hours). They also called the next day to ensure that all our needs were met. The outdoor grill we rented for the week was a good quality, not a "cheapy" as we had anticipated. We definitely plan to rent this property again, when we return to Orlando.

The house was just what we needed. The master suite has a walk in closet which worked great as the baby's room.

Everything was just as described. If you take I-4 the main gate of WDW is less than 10 minutes. We came home in the afternoon and then went back to the parks for the parades and fireworks.

While in the area we visited Ridge Island Groves where we picked our own oranges and got a tour of their operation (ask for Kathy).

This was our first house rental and it was a positive experience. Thanks for the great vacation!
