Built in 2003, this 2 story cottage home features magnificent views of the main shipping channel and the historic Boldt Castle. The home features a large modern kitchen with an open dining/living room area with a patio fading the river and a large custom arch top picture window with a spectacular view of the castle. The 2nd floor includes the open kitchen and bar, dining / living room, a master bedroom, full bath, and a ladder stair to the attic loft. The ground floor includes a private bedroom, a large family room, a full sized shuffle board table, a full bath, and laundry. The property includes use of a large dock to include plenty of room for a large boat, crystal clear swimming, and great fishing. This also includes the use of a private pool with bathhouse and a large private yard. We are located within walking distance of the village of Alex Bay and close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions.
