Welcome to our wonderful beach house. We're sure you'll find everything you need for a perfect Seabrook vacation. Its great third row location situated on one of the boardwalks to the ocean makes spending a day at the beach a breeze. When you've had enough beach time, come back for a dip in our refreshing pool. The house has a reverse floor plan offering some great views of the ocean. Decks extend the entire length of the house with comfortable seating for enjoying the outdoors. The kitchen/dining/living room & sun room are on the 2nd floor along with a master bedroom. The first floor has another living room along with 3 bedrooms & a murphy-bed bedroom. One of the most appealing features of this house is the number of areas to 'escape'. Send the kids to the 1st floor living room for movie time, read a book quietly in the living room, enjoy a cocktail on the deck, and catch the news in the sun room. There's a perfect space for everyone!

Can't beat our Seabrook location. Our home is right on the boardwalk which leads directly to the beach. We're a short bike ride to the Seabrook Island Club pools and restaurants as well as the golf course. It's a terrific spot on the island.

  • There are four (4) full baths and one (1) half bath in the house. The 2nd floor master bath has an oversized walk-in shower with seat.. The 1st floor master bath has a Kohler whirlpool jet tub/shower. The queen bedroom has a private shower/bath as well. There is a nice sized bathroom off the hall on the first floor with a large shower and nice sink/counter for extra space. A spacious half-bath is located on the 2nd floor and this room also houses the oversized washer/dryer.

The murphy bedroom--located on the first floor and hidden away by pocket doors, stores a double bed. The king and queen mattresses are new pillow-tops for added sleep comfort. The king and queen bedrooms have private baths. Ceiling fans and TV's are also in each of these bedrooms.

Seabrook and the surrounding area: Seabrook is a lowcountry paradise. It's natural beauty, pristine quiet beach, and abundance of wildlife combined with its caring residents, make this a very special place. The speed limit--25mph--is strictly enforced allowing bikers, joggers, and walkers the ability to move about safely. Wake up early and take in the sunrise over the ocean, visit the crab dock and watch the egrets and herons swoop in for food, stroll the beach looking for shells. Just outside the Seabrook gate you will find Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina. These two centers offer groceries, numerous restaurants, clothing and gift shops, as well as service businesses. When you're ready for the 'city' fix, venture into Charleston and be captivated by the city's charm. Take a carriage ride, schedule a ghost tour, explore the cobblestone streets, and enjoy one of the many first class restaurants. You'll never tire of this beautiful area.

Seabrook Island Amenity Card: If you would like to utilize the Seabrook Island Club amenities, I am happy to make those arrangements for you. The cost is $150 for the week and includes all of the members of your party. The amenity cards allow you the use of the beach club pools--which will be new this summer; the restaurants, the golf courses & tennis courts, the fitness center and the equestrian center. As with any club, there are usage fees.
