Our Creekwatch Villa is located on Captain Sam’s Creek and offers incredible views of the marsh and the ocean in the distance. It is a very serene and private spot, best enjoyed from the comfortable screened in porch, or the large open deck on the first floor. Most often the only sounds you hear are the pluff mud, and the squawk of passing heron accompanied by the ocean’s surf in the background. It is a special place. Our villa was completely renovated in July 2006, so everything is brand new. The villa has a reverse floor plan with the two bedrooms and separate adjoining baths on the first floor. The main living space along with a half bath and screened porch are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a pillow top king bed with large closets and a television. It also has a private shower/bath and plenty of space for toiletries. A large porch is located off of the master bedroom which provides beautiful views of the marsh and ocean.

  • First floor bathrooms are private for each bedroom. Both have been completely redone with plenty of storage and ample space. A newly remodeled half bathroom is located on the 2nd floor just off the kitchen. Deluxe linens are provided.

  • The two bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa...each with its own private bathroom. The front bedroom offers a king bed which can easily be converted to two twins depending on your needs. The master bedroom offers a king pillow top mattress. A sliding glass door gives way to a large partially covered porch which looks out on the large expanse of marsh. Keep the doors open and have the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep. The master bedroom also has a TV. Each bedroom has large closets which have been organized with Elfa shelving to maximize storage.
