Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

The nicest of the Las Palmas designs, a 2007 three bedroom, two bath, with a multi-angular balcony all across its southern-facing front. You may enter the extensive balcony from the kitchen, the living room, or the master. The windows and balcony directly overlook the valley and mountains with no buildings intervening. The southern exposure allows you and your guests to catch both sunrise and sunset.

Inside, enjoy a southwestern and natural motif in earth-tones, with a large southwest style wooden dining table for eight, and generous leather seating in the living room, where kokopellis grace the clay-colored tiles of the fireplace. Comfortably and attractively furnished king, queen, and twin beds will give you a good night's rest, with two quality roll-outs for your extra guests. Cable internet and flatscreen television/DVD's provided.

Las Palmas is adjacent to The Green Valley Spa where tennis guests can pay $5 per person per day to play on their courts.

In addition, Green Valley has an Olympic-sized outdoor pool for guests that may pay $7 per person per day to swim.

(Las Palmas has 3 smaller outdoor pools that are free for our guests, one of which is a 2 minute walk from our condo.)

Las Palmas Resort is approximately 40 min drive from beautiful Zion Canyon, 3 hours from Bryce Canyon and 3 hours from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

Snow Canyon State Park is a quick 10 minute drive from our condo and has many wonderful hikes. The evening sunset from the park is breathtaking.

St. George is also a 2 hour drive from Las Vegas.

Notes: Our condo is a beautiful 20 min drive from the St. George Municipal Airport or a quick 2 hour drive from Las Vegas. Snow Canyon State Park is a quick 10 minute drive from our condo and includes numerous beautiful hikes, and the sunsets are beautiful. Rent a bike and tour the city. May thru September visit the ever popular Tuacahn Center for the Arts, especially the amphitheatre. The Green Valley Spa is adjacent to our condos and is available for tennis, swimming and massages for a fee.

Enjoyable Stay

This was so much better than staying in a hotel! When we saw this condo on the Internet, we decided to give it a try. What a great decision! We were impressed the minute we walked in. The photos don't do it justice. The condo is exquisitely decorated & all the extra touches were greatly appreciated. It was very quiet & the beds were extremely comfortable--providing a good night's sleep! My sister & brother-in-law were visiting from Australia & this gave us a chance to spend more time together while visiting the parks in the area. Jackie was very helpful & responded quickly to all our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We'd definitely stay again if we were in the area.

We were thrilled upon arriving at the breath taking views and gorgeous furnishings. The condo was generously supplied with everything we could have wished for. The beds were beautifully dressed and comfortable. The nearby hot tub was sufficiently hot. Sitting by the fireplace warmed also be the setting sun was an added treat. The condo was a perfect home base for exploring Zion National Park and nearby Snow Canyon State Park. The owner Jackie was readily available for any questions during our stay. We would happily stay here again.

Best Vacation Ever

We just checked out of the condo. What a beautiful place! We've rented several vacation homes, and this is by far the best, and the best value! Our thirteen year old granddaughter usually likes to spend all of her time in her room, but not this time. She commandeered the little barrel chair by the fireplace, and spent her time there, or out on the patio in the sun. My two year old grandson assured us he really liked "Grandma's house."

The condo is even better than the description. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of room for multiple cooks. The views are amazing from everywhere in the main living area.
The entire condo is beautifully decorated with an emphasis on comfort.

It was a pleasure to rent from Jackie. She was responsive and helpful regarding area attractions. Definite a five star destination.

A wonderful place. Great view, lots of room very clean, large kitchen. The only thing that needs to be changed is the door lock. It is temperamental. Sometimes works great. Other times you have to hold your tongue just right.
