Awesome Villa - Awesome Hosts - Awesome Vacation

The description and pictures of this villa can't compare to actually being there. It's exceptionally decorated and the kitchen has the best of everything, unlike most places with all the scratched up 'hand-me-downs' -- They have all the nice stainless pots and pans and nice silverware and utensils - and everything you could need is there. It's by far the cleanest and best maintained vacation rental place we've stayed in --and we've stayed in a lot of them! The bedding is just dreamy with lofty, soft comforters and duvets -- the leather couch and recliner are really comfy. The view of the golf course is really great from the living room, master bedroom and the kitchen and dining room, but it's especially great from the cute little screen room and the huge patio with the big patio table and lounge chairs. We spent so much time there just relaxing and watching the wild life and golfers. The layout is perfect so we could all be together for meals and TV watching and other activities when we wanted to, but the bedrooms and loft area are all separate, so when we needed our privacy or were on different sleep schedules, it was perfect! The whirpool in the master suite is so soothing and really came in handy after golf -- and so is the pool. The entire place is just like a "home away from home". It's tucked away off the main drag, so you need a car -- but it's worth the little drive into the gated community on the golf course. It's so quiet and peaceful and relaxing. And, when you want to head out to the crowds, you can get there in a couple minutes -- but coming "home" to the peace and quiet of the villa after a long day of activities is just so wonderful! The owners were very, very nice and so patient and helpful with every little question we had. They were genuinely interested in making our stay special. They helped with so many amazing and thoughtful suggestions which we otherwise wouldn't have known about -- from numerous restaurants and get-away places which only the "locals" know about, tips on golf and other special activities you don't find in the typical little advertising pamphlets. The owners also put together a special restaurant book with favorite places in the area, complete with menus, so we didn't have to waste time or money going to places we didn't like. We received our security deposit back within a week after we left. We've already arranged to spend our next family vacation there and we're counting the days until we can go back.
