Three bedroom,two bath river-front cabin on Drake’s Estate Beach. Sunny deck with gas barbecue looking out to redwood grove. Living area opens to kitchen and has lovely wall of glass view and gas fireplace. Two bedrooms have queen beds; third has double. Living room and master bedroom have televisions with digital cable and HBO. Air-conditioner for use only when temperatures is over 90. Both baths have showers. Wireless high-speed cable Internet access. Hot tub. Fenced deck. Beach access is excellent; no river view as trees and shrubs protect privacy of house and deck. One single and one double kayak. Sunny location. Portable dishwasher. Washer/dryer. Dog okay. Absolutely no noise/loud music after 11 p.m.; neighbors will not tolerate late night parties. Location: Guerneville, California 95446.One week minimum in July and August.
