Our beautifully cared for Florida villa is situated in the award winning Orange Tree Community - the ideal holiday location to relax after a day at the theme parks, shopping malls or golf course. Our Villa is the dream home-from-home base for your holiday of a lifetime. Located amongst the rolling hills of Clermont, Orange Tree is within minutes of Walt Disney World Resort, Orlando’s many attractions and in close proximity to Lake Louisa state park. Our luxury and spacious villa boasts an open plan design, high ceilings, with large and beautifully laid out rooms incorporating views of the pool and deck area from both the lounge and master bedroom. Our home has 4 bedrooms. There are two Master suites, one with a Queen size bed and one with a double bed. The Principal suite has access to the pool area through double french doors.

  • Pool/spa heat is optional but recommended during the cooler winter months at $175 per week.

    Our local Villa Manager ensures the villa is thoroughly clean and ready for your arrival. If you would like an additional clean during your stay, this can be arranged for $75.

  • Our home has 4 bedrooms. There are two Master suites, one with a Queen size bed and one with a double bed. The Principal suite has access to the pool area through double french doors. Each of these bedrooms has its own private en-suite bathroom. The Principal suite boasts a substantial large bath as well as large walk in shower, His & Hers sinks and toilet. There are two further bedrooms each with twin beds. These two bedrooms are served by a further bathroom which is situated between the two bedrooms. This bathroom has a bath with shower over, sink and toilet and has access to the pool area. All four bedrooms have TVs. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes (closets) providing ample space for hanging your clothes. There are several hairdryers available in the house. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Before you arrive our local Villa Manager will have thoroughly cleaned and changed the beds ready for your arrival and the beginning of your Florida holiday experience. The lounge area provides ideal comfortable surroundings in which to relax and unwind after a hard day at the theme parks! Double French doors open onto the sparkling pool and deck area, part of which has a lanai area to keep you in the shade and ideal for eating al fresco on warm summer evenings. Our villa has two dining areas, one impressive formal dining area with seating for six and another breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen with seating for four.
