Photos and Description of the Michigan City vacation villa rental 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and sleeps 10

Sunset Villa with panoramic lake views and extensive decks on lake side of street just a stone's throw from the water. New Construction that is finely finished with hardwood trim and bamboo flooring to Brazilian Cherry cabinetry with granite counter tops as well as glass block shower. Windows abound from the inside with numerous 'pictures of the lake' including seven floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to the decks and for open lake views. 50 minutes from Chicago, 30 minutes to South Bend. First floor has a bonus kitchenette for day use when at the beach as well as an outside shower for washing off sand before entering the villa. 1st floor is a master suit with duel sink and walk-in glass block shower with bath, washer and dryer, and a large private deck off the suit. Our 3rd floor is the main living space for the villa with a fully-equipped kitchen, family are with flat screen TV, unique extended dining room with windows on three sides. Finally, a roof deck to top it all off!

Browse through the 122-premium outlet stores at the Lighthouse Place Premium Outlet Mall (1 mile). Try your luck at the two area casinos Blue Chip and Four Winds (2 miles and 15 miles respectively). See the National Lakeshore State Park, orchards, wineries and antique shops. The University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN is a 30 minute drive and Chicago is 50 miles with access all the way to downtown by passing through two stop signs and two lights.

The first floor bedroom has a full size bed, large closet and plenty of room to expand into with the Beach Room that includes a full size futon and foldout chair with twin bed size. The 3rd bedroom is located in the basement with its own private entrance as well as open stair access to the rest of the unit, equipped with 2 twin beds. Additional sleeping capacity is in the living area with another foldout chair with twin bed size.

Lake views are extensive for this unit is equipped with 7 sliding glass door sets and numerous windows looking out to the lake. Kitchen constructed with Brazilian Cherry cabinets and granite counter tops is stocked with all you would need for your meal planning. An additional kitchenette is on the first floor for easy access to a refrigerator and microwave for those days at the beach. There is an outdoor shower for easy washing off of sand and cleaning of any beach toys. Private drive specifically for your unit, yet additional parking for any guests on the street.
