This is the 'Sand Dollar' suite. Ask about our website. Three and a half acres of beautifully landscaped property with a beautiful new outdoor beach entry (only one of it's kind in the area) pool. We have a complimentary gas grill and BBQ area for our patrons. Large grassy areas to play or layout. We are conveniently located along route 1 in Wells, one mile from Wells Beach. We are on the trolley route that can take you to the beach or to one of the fantastic scenic neighboring towns of Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We are close to everything! Walking distance to a grocery store, movie theater, bank, restaurants, bars etc... You will love it here!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates between $89 and $165 a night.
  • Two night minimum. Weekly rentals ONLY during the main part of the season.
    50% deposit required when making reservation.
    Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted.
    Personal checks only accepted as deposit if received within a week of when reservation was made and received by us at least two weeks prior to the reservation date for processing reasons.

    Cashiers checks, Money Orders accepted.
    If canceling within 30 days of the date of the reservation, you will forfeit your deposit. All efforts will be made to re-rent the accommodation. If re-rented you will receive your deposit, minus a $100 fee.
    If canceling 31 days or more prior to your reservation date, you will receive your deposit minus a $100 fee.
  • Check in time is 3pm for cottages and suites.
    Check out time is 11am.
    One vehicle only per accommodation, unless otherwise authorized.
    No refunds for bad weather or early departure.
    Extra people are additional charges.
    NO SMOKING INSIDE ANY ACCOMMODATIONS! $200 FINE!

Our location is in close proximity to every kind of activity you could wish for. We have only had positive comments about the, what we call the 'Sand Dollar' suite. We work hard to improve every year and try to provide as much as possible to our customers. We have put a description and as many pics as we can here to make sure you know exactly what you are getting. A great unit!

Very pleased with our week at the Sand Dollar Suite.
Large kitchen and bedroom. Owners were also very accomodating. The weather was nice enough at the end of the week to open the windows, but the air-conditioning was sufficient when needed. The grounds were nicely maintained and the pool was clean and very nice. The only negative was the size of the bathroom. The toilet and sink were in a very small space and the shower was a little bit larger. Despite the size, everything was clean and appeared to be new. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
