This is an actual home, with great furniture and the attention to detail you would expect from an owner. It is a short drive to Goose Rocks Beach and a few miles to downtown Dock Square Kennebunkport.

Short drive to Goose Rocks Beach and only a few miles to Dock Square Kennebunkport. You are close to everything, yet you will never have traffic between the house and Goose Rocks Beach. Order some pre-boiled, or live, lobsters from Cape Porpoise to bring back to the house and have a feast.

    If canceling, you will lose your deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the accommodation.

    This is someone's residence and we expect everyone to treat this home like they are a guest at their parents' house.
    Check in time is no earlier than 3pm.
    Plenty of parking, no vehicle limit.
    Must maintain 15 MPH on Bryant Lane or you will be yelled at by the neighbors!
