This wonderful private residence is situated on 6.5 acres at the end of the street overlooking the Rachel Carson wildlife preserve marsh, Little River, and the ocean. The home features a high-end kitchen with granite, double ovens, and stainless steel appliances; separate dining room; large great room with fireplace; and 6 well-appointed bedrooms. Enjoy al fresco dining on the spacious mahogany deck overlooking a spectacular and constantly changing view.

This home is perfect for a large family or several families. It is a private residence with attention to detail that you would expect from an owner. It is a short drive to Goose Rocks Beach and a few miles to downtown Dock Square Kennebunkport.

Last house at the end of the street. Great views of the Rachel Carson wildlife preserve (marsh) to Little river and the ocean. Short drive to Goose Rocks Beach and only a few miles to Dock Square Kennebunkport. You are close to everything, yet you will never have traffic between the house and Goose Rocks Beach. Order some pre-boiled, or live, lobsters from Cape Porpoise to bring back to the house and have a feast.

  • From $1,950 (Spring) to $4,000 (In-Season) per week.
  • A security deposit of $500 must be made with each reservation.
    50% of the total is due, along with the deposit, within a week of signing a contract for rental.
    The total balance must be paid in full within 30 days of the beginning of your rental date.
    If canceling, you will lose your deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the accommodation.
    Personal checks, Money orders, Cashiers checks accepted.
    No pets allowed.
    No Smoking Of Any Kind Indoors Or Your Deposit Is Gone!
    This is someone's residence and we expect everyone to treat this home like they are a guest at their parents' house.
    Check in time is no earlier than 3pm.
    Plenty of parking, no vehicle limit.
    Must maintain 15 MPH on Bryant Lane or you will be yelled at by the neighbors!

Wonderful Reunion!

Wonderful reunion with great friends. House was perfect for adults and kids!
Came all the way from Scotland. Love the view, the area, the weather, the sea, the kitchen.... and the man who came to fog the mosquitoes!
Great place for 6 adults and 5 kids.
