Minneapolis Studio Rental Photos and Description

Studio, 1 Bedroom + Other (See Description), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-3)

TRULY THE BEST LOCATION IN THE CITY! Gorgeous 1 bedroom suite, available nightly (3 night minimum stay required) or weekly, in the heart of vibrant and eclectic Uptown, Minneapolis. Maximum occupancy is 3 persons.

No need for a rental car - you're within easy walking distance to EVERYTHING Uptown has to offer: award-winning restaurants, neighborhood bars, biking/walking trails and beaches, bicycle, canoe, kayak & pedal boat rentals, wind surfing, shopping, theaters, live music, grocery stores, coffee shops, salons, spas, banks and bus stops...all within a short 5 minute walk from your door at Inn Uptown! We've received the coveted 'Walker's Paradise' rating from Walk Score dot com. Check out the link below to see for yourself that this truly is the BEST LOCATION IN THE CITY!

This bright and sunny garden-level studio is conveniently located in our beautifully renovated 111 year old private residence and has its own PRIVATE ENTRANCE, private bath with sumptuous Cambria counter tops, ample floor to ceiling cabinetry, glass shower, stainless steel sink with pull-out sprayer, and hair dryer. The Kitchenette has a small refrigerator/freezer stocked with water, orange juice, organic oatmeal and breakfast bars, microwave oven, coffee maker and tea assortment. But with so many great restaurants, deli's and coffee shops within a few blocks, who wants to eat in?

Like sports or movies? We've got a 37' LCD HDTV with DVD player mounted above the cozy gas fireplace. Our SoundSpa Sound Machine will help you relax in our comfortable Queen bed, or listen to your iPod through our alarm clock stereo with iPod dock. Additional amenities include central heat and air conditioning with electronic media air filtering, free high-speed cable internet (both wired and secure wireless network available), and free overnight on-street parking.

BEST LOCATION IN THE CITY in the quiet ECCO neighborhood just 2 blocks from the 32nd Street Beach on the East shore of Lake Calhoun, and surrounded by Lake of the Isles, Lake Harriet and Cedar Lake, all within easy walking distance. Just 15 minutes from MSP International Airport and 1.6 miles South of downtown.

Uptown was just voted the #1 Best place to live in the twin cities by Vita.MN. If you want a reasonably priced, intimate, unique setting within walking distance to everything Uptown has to offer, THIS IS IT! There are NO OTHER nightly accommodations available in Uptown - the closest rooms are in the large, expensive hotels downtown. We're a fun, sensible, cost-effective alternative to the boring Bed and Breakfast or drab hotel; for rent by knowledgeable, attentive owners who live on site - 3 night minimum stay required.

We love to travel off the beaten path (here we are in Peru, high above Lake Titicaca), meet local people and immerse ourselves in the local community and culture. We have over 15 years experience renting vacation properties...attention to detail is our specialty!

Kent Kramer purchased this studio in 2008

We were enchanted by the close proximity to the chain of lakes (Lake Calhoun, Lake of the Isles, and Lake Harriet), and the easy access to biking and walking paths around the lakes and city.. We love being able to walk to so many award-winning restaurants, and our vibrant eclectic Uptown neighborhood is the best in the Midwest!

Our guests rave about our location and attention to detail! Fresh flowers greet you upon check-in. Our refrigerator is stocked with bottled water, orange juice, breakfast bars & instant oatmeal. Browse local menus from your room. Free high-speed internet. Watch the sunrise or sunset over Lake Calhoun. We are available to assist with luggage, recommend our favorite local restaurants, assist with directions, and answer any questions you may have with our 19 years experience as Uptown residents.
