The 3rd bedroom also has a king with a shared bath, and the 4th bedroom has a double with its own bath. It has a great big gourmet kitchen with marble counter tops, full size frig, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blenders, coffee pot, and plenty of cooking utensils. The living room is set up with cable TV, VCR, DVD player, and a stereo with CD player. There is a washer and dryer for your use and the home does have central air and heat. Home has both a covered deck and sun deck that extends out over the bay waters. The downstairs area has beautiful landscaping and is perfect for that family BBQ.
