3 bedroom home on Green Hill Pond. Master BR has deck overlooking the pond. Second bedroom has 1 full bed. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Full bath finishes top floor. First floor has 1/2 bath, laundry room with washer and dryer, den, dining room and kitchen. Dining room and kitchen have large windows providing spectacular views of the sun setting on the pond. There is a full size deck with awning where you can enjoy the sights cooking out or just relaxing. A gas grill and outdoor furniture are provided. Access to the pond is right in your front yard. From there it is just minutes to a private beach(paddle boat provided) or the ocean (your boat required). Maximum water craft specifics can be provided upon request. Located in South Kingstown, RI you are within an easy drive of Charlestown Beach, Newport, Narragansett, or Westerly (for summer fun). If a bigger city is your preference, you are in between New York and the newly renovated city of Providence with many excellent restaurants.
