A group of us just stayed there for a co-ed birthday weekend and LOVED IT!! Everyone-including the guys-couldn't stop talking about how cool and great the house was. The house is well taken care of and in a good location-at times you forget how close you are to everything because it's in a residential area. There's tons of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and no problems with bathroom availability in order to get ready at the same time. Just remember to bring your own soap.

he cab from the house was only $11 but could only take a max of 4 passengers so we had to get 2. It was well worth it so that everyone could party and enjoy themselves w/o being concerned about parking and designated drivers. Allthough there's plenty of driveway space, we only parked 1 car b/c of the steep incline and the other car was parked right in front of the house.
Kelley left us a welcome note that gave tips and specific details about the house, location of items, item usage, etc. We took advantage of the kitchen, both patios, house speakers and Pictionary game. I do advise that you bring your own cooking ingredients b/c the spices were limited-but it worked out fine b/c HEB is about 1.5 miles away.
Our group partied and chilled in the house the whole weekend, so whatever your agenda, this house is cool! As loud as we were, we didn't have any issues w/Kelley or the neighbors. It wasn't until the next morning when we were on the patio drinking our coffee that we remembered we were in a neighborhood and just how loud we must have been the night before-and yet we had no issues w/cops or the neighbors. We all look forward to our next group trip to Austin b/c we definitely want to stay here again. Thank you for having such a great place Kelley!

For anyone considering this rental, happily we do have tolerant neighbors, but like to bring any noisy gatherings inside by midnight on weekends and 10:30 on weeknights.
