Whether you are looking for a place to rejuvenate and relax or a family vacation, we have the perfect place for you. Our newly renovated beach home is a 5-minute walk from Salt Creek Beach.

We have thoughtfully furnished our place with décor and amenities that we would personally enjoy at a “coastal home away from home”. Our living room has cozy couches, lots of natural light, 42' LCD big screen HDTV, wireless Internet service, and much more. The living area opens into the dining area which can seat 4 to 6 people. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and appliances you will need to create delicious meals. The master bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed, flat screen HDTV with DVD player and a newly refurbished master bathroom that includes a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom can easily be converted into a second master suite. It is furnished with a convertible day bed to accommodate a king or two twins. There is also another flat screen HDTV with DVD player.

Our newly renovated beach home is a 5-minute walk from Salt Creek Beach. We are located just a few miles South of the artists’ haven Laguna Beach, and situated between Los Angeles and San Diego. The St. Regis and the Ritz-Carlton Hotels and Spas are both a short walk away.

Our beach bungalow is the perfect place to unwind. Watch a beautiful California sunset from the balcony after spending the day at Salt Creek beach with the dolphins and sea lions, relaxing by the pool, visiting one of the many local amusement parks, shopping at specialty boutique stores, or sightseeing in Southern California. We’re sure that after one vacation at our luxurious rental, you will keep coming back!

Great stay for German family

We - a german family with 3 kids (5, 9, 11) - spent 2 weeks in Oct 2011 at the Beach Condo. It was a perfect holiday home - very clean, very silent, full equiped, next to the pool area and just 10 min. walk to nice Monarch beach.

We surely will do it again !

Perfect for a Relaxed Stay at the Ocean

We had a fantastic and relaxed stay this summer at this condo. It was all as it was supposed to be: the condo was clean and well-maintained, you can believe what you see on the photos (although the sliding doors ... - see previous reviews) and what is the most important point: the beach was quick and easy to access. The owner even provided for beach toys for our kids. The owner was also very responsive and it was a pleasure to deal with him.

In particular if you are not used to living close to the Pacific Ocean: You will love this place - just because stepping out of the condo and watching the ocean in the mornings or evenings or any other time of the day is so unbelievably "mind appeasing".

Relaxing Dana Point Vacation

Wonderful location in a beautiful neighborhood! The pool and the beach were conveniently located. The beach was very clean and not too busy. The condo was also very clean and comfortable. There was a pleasant cross breeze when you opened the windows and door. However, we also noticed, as was noted by a previous reviewer, that the sliding doors were a bit hard to open. Overall, our family had a relaxing vacation -- we especially enjoyed the weather.

The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Awesome Vacation!

Condo was centrally located to all the activities we wanted to do, it was clean,neat and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Property was well maintained but it does need some attention on the deck sliding doors that are hard to open and the grill was rusty. Owner is exceptionally warm and friendly and helpful with all our questions. Beach was beautiful and within walking distance. Pool was also centrally located and was a great option for the teenagers. One of our best vacations ever. Would love to come back again in the future.

Great family vacation location

Quiet, clean top floor unit in attractive condominium complex not far from downtown Dana Point. No need for AC - just open the windows for the cooling ocean breezes. Close enough for easy access to pool and hot tub, but far enough not to be disturbed by bathers. Within walking distance to a beautiful beach just north of the point. Our children loved riding the funicular. Owner is very professional and responsive. Would definitely stay again.
