The Sandpiper Condos are located on Tybee Island's

South Beach near the pier, pavilion, shopping, and restaurants.

The elevator will take you up to the second floor for

your beautiful, private, spacious, 1400 square feet of vacation

pleasure with a side view of the ocean from the balcony.

Description of Condo: This condo features a fully furnished kitchen with beautiful Corian countertops. The full sized refrigerator/freezer /ice-maker combination, smooth top stove, and dishwasher will make 'cooking in' very convenient. There is also a large pantry for storing your groceries.

There is seating for 4 at the table and 2 at the counter.

Accomodations for Guests: The living room has a comfortable sofa, love seat, and TV with VCR and DVD players. There is a small collection of books and movies as well as some games: Chess, Checkers, Backgammon, cards.

Activities and Attractions: Lighthouse and Museum

Water Sports: Swimming, Boating, Surfing, etc.

Fishing on pier with equipment rental available

  • SUMMER: Total is $1589. Includes $120 cleaning and taxes. A $300 refundable deposit holds your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in.
    In August, stays shorter than 1 week are allowed at $200 per night, plus tax and cleaning.

    Holiday and festival/parade weekend rates vary. Send your inquiry and we will respond with the rates.

    Monthly Winter Rate $1750 - includes 13% tax and $120 cleaning fee.

    A refundable key & gate opener deposit of $300 will be added.
    Credit cards are accepted through PayPal payment method.

    Worry-free check in: no waiting in lines, condo will be ready for you.
  • Fourth of July week (June 29 thru July 6) $1500 plus cleaning and 13% tax.

    Two, three, or four night stays may have a higher rate. Please send an inquiry for rates.

A wonderful birthday trip!

For my granddaughter's 11th and my 57th birthdays we stayed in this condo. Even though it rained we had a wonderful time. We were literally steps from everywhere we wanted to go. The condo was very secure, comfortable and immaculate. The owner was extremely helpful. I would recommend this any and everybody. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us.

With the beach out the front door, and right next door to Spanky's this was the perfect location. Condo was very clean and modern.
