This 4000 square foot tri-level luxury home has every amenity; including 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 fire places, central air, lovely screened in porch, outdoor shower with dressing room, wireless Internet, flat screen TV & use of Sunfish Sailboat and canoe. The house is light, airy & spacious, it offers stunning water views from 3 levels and is decorated with elegance . The property is beautifully landscaped with stone walls and gardens and is very private. There is a hot tub, a Finnish sauna, and a stone fire pit, all with water views and lots of outdoor seating. It is a short walk to Lambert's Cove Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island. This is truly a paradise getaway.

Our spring fed freshwater pond is ideal for swimming. You can swim to our private dock or use our canoe or sailboat to explore the pond. Washer/ Dryer are on the main level. The hot tub is next to a rose garden facing the water. The screened porch is part of a large wrap around deck with beautiful water views. There are walking trails that lead to the Land Bank property around Ice House Pond. Also included, use of private boat mooring in Vineyard Haven Lagoon. Non-smokers preferred, if smoker please smoke outside.

We marveled at the natural beauty and privacy that we found during our stay at this elegant lake-front home. A swim in Seth's Pond, a nap in the hammock, a stroll around the picturesque grounds and flower gardens, together make this property a treasure.

Inside, the house is comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated with antiques. It has a dream kitchen. There is a beautiful view from every angle. We did not want to leave. Thank you.
