Our luxury home is located in the quiet ,pristine Hawaiian countryside, 60 miles southeast of the Kona Airport and 4 miles from the quaint town of Naalehu.
We are nestled amongst rolling grasslands, macadamia nut orchards and coffee plantations in the hills above us.
Our home is a pleasant 30 minute drive from Volcanoes National Park and a 15 minute drive from the famous Punalu'u Black Sand Beach.
Enjoy our open concept living plan, Gourmet kitchen, large granite kitchen island seats 6, perfect for entertaining, large 12 ft x 24 ft covered lanai with view of pool, golf course and distant ocean. The large covered lanai is adjacent to the pool, includes a built in DCS gas grill and cabinet.
THREE BEDROOM HOME WITH 3 QUEEN SIZE BEDS ONLY. Each bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen TV, 2 en suite bathrooms with large walk in showers.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 6 PEOPLE.
Solar heated 15 ft x 34 ft private in-ground swimming pool with new preferred salt water chlorination system, professionally maintained weekly.

This was a great property. My wife and I stayed here 4 days with our boys 9 and 12. The house had everything we needed, was clean and in good shape. In particular, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with every little small appliance you could want. The kids enjoyed the pool and we made use of the outdoor grill. Liz, the property manager, was nice, local and available for questions. We left an item there that she was nice enough to box up and ship back to us. The payment requirement through wire transfer was unique, but worked out without issue.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in a quiet area.

This property is amazing. The focal point of the property is the pool with the golf course beyond. Large sliding doors lead directly to the pool from the living area and the kitchen. Nice sized bedrooms. We enjoyed this quiet side of the island. Day trips to The Volcano and South Point. This house is very well maintained. Liz, the property manager, is a local resident and very knowledgable about the area and activites.
It was hard for us to believe that this beautiful home was cheaper than a hotel, but it was. From the landscaping outside to the modern decor inside, this will certainly meet any traveler's expectations. Located about 40 min from the Volcano National Park, this home sits in a small golf community with a few local stores, restaurants and farmer's market. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and tranquil. As you lounge by the pool you can hear the birds chirping and at night the stars light up the sky.
The kitchen is well stocked to meet all of your cooking needs. You'll find plenty of dishes, cooking utencils, spices, condiments, and small appliances such as a Keurig AND a large pot coffee maker, mixer, etc. The large kitchen island provides a great entertainment area. There's also a TV in the kitchen. We also loved the office area within the kitchen. It had a weather ticker which gave up to date information on the local weather conditions. We also utilized the iPad keyboard docking station.
Each room boasts beautiful beds, large closets, ceiling fans, and TV (cable--about 60 channels)and WiFi are included. The open air showers are large and plenty of linens are provided. There are laundry baskets in every room to help manage those dirty clothes. Very large front loader washer and dryer will accomodate your laundry needs. They even provided detergent!!!
Bonus features throughout the house include a closet full of beach items--towels, a cooler, etc. Within this closet is also a pack-n-play for those travelers with kiddos. Outside is a large shower with a foot nozzle so you can rinse off the sand. There's an outdoor BBQ on the lanai with a very large beer cooler right next to it. The outdoor lounge chairs have a built in pull out side table on them where your drink or phone can be placed. One of the bathrooms even has a TV in it!! For those few rainy days the island has, the living room is stocked with DVDs, games, and books.
The property manager Liz was extremely helpful with getting us settled in and giving us recommendations of places to go and things do do. She checked in with us every day to make sure we were okay and comfortable.
Without a doubt, I would recommend this place to family and friends of all ages and all occasions. It takes a little bit of traveling to get to from either airport but it's well worth it if you are looking for modern tranquility.
This is a beautiful private home with all of the creature comforts. Well stocked kitchen is great for family gathering around while you prepare food. Outdoor pool area has a spectacular tranquil view, nicely landscaped with an outdoor BBQ. Four poster beds and beautiful bathrooms, flat screen televisions in almost every room. Nice to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer on the premises. Property manager Liz is located nearby and is wonderful. About equal distance from Kona or Hilo (about an hour and a half), so be sure to do your food shopping before. This is definitely not your run of the mill vacation rental. I highly recommend it !!!!
Having never rented a house on vacation before, we didn't know what to expect. We were extremely glad we decided to give it a try. The rental process was straight forward. Lizzy, the property manager was great and provided us with tips and info and was always available. The house has everything you could want and more. Our parents were travelling with us. They are both in their 80's and physically challenged, so finding a place that was easily accessible for them was not easy. We are happy to say that the house was perfect for them, too. Don't hesitate to rent this if you are looking for a great place to spend time on the big island.
