Located at the foot of the Karawanks and close to the artificial Drau Lake, it has been possible to harmonically integrate a large vacation settlement with a pleasant holiday atmosphere into the splendid, for the most part, untouched local landscape. In the vacation village itself, you'll find a shop, a heated outdoor pool, a sauna, tennis courts and a boat rental. The tastefully furnished vacation home has a 300 m2 garden (much of it lawn) and offers good conditions for individual rest and relaxation, well away from the tourist centers. Numerous unobtrusive leisure time activities are an inspiration for both young and old alike.

The vacation village is located by Feistritz in Rosental. The 120 km long Drau bicycle path, which snakes along the Drau through fields and forests, passes right by the village. Along with all of Carinthia 's sights and attractions, trips to Italy (e.g. Venice) and Slovenia are also well loved.

Ski: The following ski regions are among those which are a 20 to 40 minute drive away: the Dobratsch with its wonderful panorama, the Gerlitzen with 14 cable railways, the borderless 'Three Country Triangle' and the Naßfeld as the largest skier's paradise. An insider's tip for families, cross-country skiers and hikers is the idyllic Boden Valley. Cross-country trails start right inside the village.
