This beautiful custom 3 story home located in a prime location in Avalon. This home has 6 decks and offers wonderful ocean views. It is 3 houses from dunes close to the sought after 39th street beach. The floor plan is very open and perfect for your family vacation. The backyard is grass and fully fenced in. The master bedroom is on the third floor and has a private deck with ocean views. The master bath is marble and has a great whirlpool tub. All four bedrooms are large and comfortable. There is a large family room on the 1st floor with a wet bar. Also on the 1st floor is a large bedroom and a full bath. The 2nd floor offers a large living room, the kitchen and dining area make for a great gathering area. Also on the second floor are two bedrooms, a full bath and a powder room. The playground is located a block away and has great tennis courts, basketball courts, swings and a playground for the kids. These are just a few of the great features of our home.
