New townhouse (2005), part of a community of 7 other townhouses sharing a large pool and a tennis court. 4 levels with sea view from the terrace, includes 4 bedrooms, living and dining rooms, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a garage for 2 cars, a small backyard, 3 balconies and a game room. It is fully furnished and well equipped. Situated in Soltroia, 1 hour south of Lisbon, 1km from the Troia Golf Championship Course, designed by the famous American golf architect Robert Trent Jones Senior.
