Discover Myrtle Beach from this well-appointed condo in the family location at Pelican’s Landing on Shore Drive.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the picture-perfect Grand Strand beach from the living room screened balcony or the master suite balcony of this immaculate, third floor, ocean side condo. You are so close to the ocean that you can open the master suite balcony door and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean in the background. Take the elevator down from the condo and there are no roads to cross to have your toes in the warm South Carolina sand.

Sorry but HOA rules specify No Pets, Trailers, Boats, Campers, Motorcycles and Minimum age to rent is 25 yrs old.

Shore Drive is a cul-de-sac street with only renter or owner traffic, away from the heavy congestion, but still provides convenient access to all Myrtle Beach has to offer…

Why Melissa chose Pelicans Landing

We stayed in Pelican's Landing for the first time in the late 90's for a family reunion and everyone in our extended family has not stopped going ever since. This quiet location allows you to enjoy your vacation with your family and friends and not the 1000's of other vacationers in the more touristy high rise areas while still being centrally located and within a mile or two of all the major tourist attractions.

What makes this condo unique

Being on the ocean side having no streets to cross is a definite advantage. No need to worry about kids running into the street as they get excited about the ocean. Open the balcony door and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in the master suite.

Great location if you like spending time on the beach.Central for everything...golf,food and entertainment .

I could'nt have been happier with the rental in Myrtle Beach. The owner, Melissa was just awesome and we had great communication to make everything so smooth. The unit is fully equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need. Very clean, organized and just plain Beautiful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful winter getaway

Once again we had a great stay at Brad and Melissa's condo, . The weather was a little cool, but we wereable to walk on the beach each day. The place was clean with anything we needed to cook our meals. Are daughter and her boyfriend came by for 4 days to visit and we had a chance to visit family while there. Melissa was great as always to work with and we enjoyed the 10 days we spent there. Brad and Melissa are wonderful owners to work with as this is our third time to rent from them. Never a disappointment. Once again thanks for wonderful stay and hope to do it again in the future. Ed & Gloria

Great getaway for two

This is our second year here at Brad and Melissa's condo on the beach. We did this as a last minute and Melissa was great in getting everthing handeled for us to come here. This are last night tonight and it is hard to pack and leave tomorrow. Everything was great as it was last year, all though it was a little cooler that last year but it was still great. Even with a small issue melissa was quick to get it handled. The owners are wondrful to work with and they have a very lovely place right at the beach. So convenent to shopping, shows and things to do Again thanks for the use of your wonderful place, hope to return in the future.
