Villa Del Sol – Luxury & Privacy in the Heart of Montecito   This gorgeous new property is an easy walk to all the pleasures offered by Montecito’s Upper Village.  Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the gated entry beckons you to enter a private paradise with 1.5 acres of spacious grounds.    Family fun is easy here.  A large pool with built-in spa are just off the main house.  An expansive lawn surrounds the pool area.  There is another massive lawn on the East half of the property, which boasts a fruit tree orchard, rose gardens, and a specimen oak tree forest.   The air-conditioned main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.  Each room has its own private bathroom.  The rooms are spacious, and appointed with fine linens.  The Master Bedroom and Bathroom both overlook the beautiful backyard gardens.

The Kitchen boasts brand new appliances , an expansive center island, and 2 sinks. It is fully stocked with everything a fine chef expects. It includes a casual dining area which is perfect for easy meals.  For more formal dining, the large dining room seats 10 comfortably.  

This home is a dream for outdoor entertaining. The spacious sandstone patios offer many areas for lounging and dining. A massive built-in gas BBQ will provide many fabulous feasts on warm Summer evenings. In addition to the BBQ, an outdoor refrigerator, ice maker, and fireplace will keep the soirees going until sundown and beyond!

A short path connects to the “Casita”; a 2 Bedroom, 3 full bathroom Guest House.   This comfortable house has a kitchenette and separate laundry room.  The huge stone fireplace with 50” flat screen TV is the centerpiece of the living room.   There is also a fabulous atrium overlooking the rose gardens and citrus orchard. NOTE: The Casita is available to rent separate from the Main House - please inquire for availability. If you are looking for a superior alternative to local luxury resorts (such as the nearby San Ysidro Ranch) , please consider this elegant and beautiful home for your next Montecito escape.
