Comfortable riverfront home, 1/4 mile walk to town, restaurants, sites. Private dock with two kayaks and paddle boat. Home has two baths, one with clawfoot tub and separate shower; fireplace in living room, two queen beds, two twins, one single futon in family area ,queen sleeper in living room; kitchen, dining room and family room provide beautiful river views. Back deck has BBQ, small eating area, while lower deck has spa with river view more seating, small fridge; continue on down to yard where patio has picnic table area; small swing set for children, yard swing, a horseshoe pit for all. Six bikes (one adult, two kids'); inside laundry; port-a-crib, booster chair; close to ocean as well as Russian River wineries;historic Fort Ross, horseback riding by ocean.

Russian River Valley wineries abound; Charles Schulz Museum and ice rink and Center for Performing Arts close by in Santa Rosa; Armstrong Woods has oldest and tallest redwoods; little theater in Monte Rio; so many choices!!
