Located in luxurious Indian Wells, California known as “the Beverly Hills of the desert.” Centrally located, we are minutes from world class sports facilities and shopping. Our neighborhood is across the street from the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, home of the BNP Paribas Open (formerly the Pacific Life Open) and golf courses which host the PGA Skins Tournament. We are minutes from El Paseo Drive, which offers some of the best restaurants and shopping in the desert.

Although very upgraded, this is still a true mid-century home, so there are “classic” (older) aspects to it. We plan to retire in this home, so we are very particular about its care. If you naturally take care of other people’s property, as well or better than your own, then this is the home for you. If not, other homes may be more suitable for you.
Since we are on a golf course, golf balls can come into the backyard from time to time during the day.
Also, the home is not 'child friendly' so no children under age 7 should be in the party. The pool has no fence, there are plants with stickers and the floors are flagstone.
We prefer mutli-month leases and have a one month minimum requirement.
To keep the home in pristine condition, we ask that you have it cleaned once a week with our reasonable and friendly cleaners.
