This 1500 Square foot Russian Hill treasure, sits on quiet tree-lined street, a block south of the bottom of Lombard (crooked) street, 2 blocks from Columbus (North Beach) and 4 blocks from Fort Mason/Fisherman's Wharf/Ghirardelli Square. Financial district, Polk Street and Union Street neighborhoods are within 10-15 minute walk away. Enjoy 180 degree views of Bay, Coit Tower, bay bridge, and downtown from living room (wood burning fireplace). The air is simply cleaner on top of the hill... Watch fog and ships(tankers, yachts) roll in. This is the top floor of 3 unit walk up Edwardian, so the original terracotta crown molding and built-ins have been preserved. Master Suite with king bed, sitting (2nd living) room, custom walk-in closets and his/her sink and a bathroom with a bay view. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a view of Coit tower. 42' plasma and 52' LCD blueray internet,parking two houses away, Bus/Cable Car/Trolley/Cabs all 2 blocks away

We came from Denmark, a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents) and we had a wonderful time in San Francisco thanks to Peter's great flat. Definitely a place we recommend to stay at if visiting S.Francisco.

Wonderful property in close proximity to all San Fransisco has to offer. Truly a luxury experience with special touches provided by the owner including spa bathrobes, toiletries, and welcome goodies in the fridge. Owner is easy to deal with - just make sure you are clear about cleaning the unit before you leave. Overall far surpassed our expectations. Would highly recommend this property!

We stayed in downtown San Francisco for five
months and it was the best time for us. After much
search of the apartments, we found the perfect
location which was about 5 minutes walk from
water, close to many stores, and extremely a safe
neighborhood.

Inside the apartment is plenty of room for a family
of 4 and beautiful view based toward bay with
glasses all over.

Above all it was our landlord (Peter Fang) who
made it very special; as he is truly willing to go
extra miles to make you welcome; so you can have
a comfort of home with all amenities that you need
out of a vacation spot. Peter was always available to
help, make necessary changes, fix anything that
breaks.

Peter is very accommodating as we asked him to
remove all carpets, paint the place, and clean the
house. He accomplished all of this ahead of us
getting to the place; which once we showed up the
apartment was spotless.

This apartment also has a nice underground garage
and planty of places to park your car in front of the
apartment. This is a very important point; once you
start living in the city.
