White Cap Beach Condos: White Cap Beach Condos are the newest luxury resort condos on Fort Myers Beach.

With just 10 units we are can easily accommodate family reunions or larger gatherings...

Located midway along Estero Island, the resort is small and family friendly. Our area is

entirely residential so it is quiet. In fact, we're nicely situated between the fun of Times

Square 2 1/2 miles north, featuring restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlor, colorful

souvenir shops and the island pier, and the solitude and beauty of Lovers Key to the

south...

We have an elevator, heated pool, outdoor gas grills, storage lockers, covered parking and local management.

Just a Walk thru the Park! Literally...: We are directly across the street from the beach, and have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico with a lovely park between the balcony and the Gulf. A cross walk, allowing for safe access to the beach is available at our corner.

Newton Park has been recently landscaped with native flowers and grasses and has numerous picnic tables, a grass-thatched cabana, bocce ball courts and a public restroom.

Or simply relax on our large front porch for great sunset viewing or read on the lanai back porch.

Convenient Location!: A Publix grocery is located only one block away, which during the high season, or any season, is very very convenient! The island trolley stops directly in front for rides to Times Square, the town center or south to Lovers Key. Trolley rides are 25 cents per ride. Snook Bight Yacht Club and Marina is just beyond the Publix and has boat rentals (great way to spend the day!) and fishing bait & equipment. The new Bayside Bistro is now open and is a lovely setting for lunch or dinner. Our local management company will be available to ensure that your needs are taken care of. Fort Myers Beach is said to have the safest beaches in the world! White and powdery soft, it remains quite shallow far off shore which makes it fun for kids, surf fishermen, and water sports. The area is renowned for tarpon and bone fishing and with its amazing waterways, inlets and marshes, there are endless places to explore.

Fort Myers Beach is just 30-40 minutes from the airport and is nicely located near high end shopping malls, restaurants and theaters. Naples is a must see and is just 35-40 minutes south.

The area has many nature preserves and state parks which we highly recommend visiting if you have a car or wish to rent a boat.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • 2 weeks rentals 10% off .......3 week rentals 15% off .
  • Discount for multi-week stays. Please inquire.

    Cleaning fee is $150 for stays less than one week.
    Minimum 3 night stay during most periods, except Major Holidays and Spring Break. Please Inquire for nightly rates.

    Minimum age to rent is 28 years old without Chaperone.

    All rates subject to change.
  • To RESERVE:

    A non refundable HOLD deposit of $50 is made to reserve the condo. A rental agreement will be sent along with an invoice for 25% of the Rental Amount. This is due within 10 Business days after receipt of rental agreement. This second payment is refundable up to 60 days prior to check-in date. After this date, it is partially non-refundable.

    Final Payment: Balance is due 30 days in advance of Check-in.

    Payment Types: Personal Check, Bank Account Transfer are preferred. Credit card payments are accepted, however are subject to 2.5% processing fees.

Hi Jenny

I wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our stay at your condominium in Fort Myers from Dec 16-23. The unit was very clean. We loved the proximity to the beach and the heated pool. Definitely a wonderful vacation for all. Even though the weather wasn't perfect, we didn't mind since there was so many things to do and see. I wanted to let your know that i absolutely love the decor in your unit. Very upscale . We walked to the PUblix everyday to buy groceries. Thank you so much for letting us rent your place. We had a great time.

We rented this beautiful villa for my daugther who graduated from college as her gift. There were six of us who were there for one week. The villa is decorated and furnished in a manner that we never expected. Jenny, the owner, thought of everything! The bedrooms are roomy. The kitchen has everything to prepare meals. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was extremely relaxing as the beach was directly across the street. We were there on the water every day during our stay. The fireworks on the 4th of July were something we had never seen before! This was a fantastic vacation for all of us.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities

Sorry posting this so late. We actually stayed in the condo in mid April. Even though more than two months have passed our experience made strong enough impression on us and we wanted to share. The owner Jenny was friendly, prompt and professional. The condo was as described or even better. It was clean and all the furnishings and paint were in excellent shape. We loved the open floor plan. We could be cooking, playing games at the dinning room table or relaxing on the couch and we were all together. The owners thought of everything even beach towels, chairs and some toys. The complex is small, upperscale and very private. The grocery store was so close. On most days we did not know whether we would eat out or in until mid day. I was so easy to walk to the store. All we had to do was walk pass the next proeprty and we were there. Everything was wonderful. Thank you Jenny!

Fun Family Vacation!

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful condo. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the unit had lots of towels including towels for the beach/pool, a Bocce ball set to use across the street, beach chairs, games, DVDs, washer/dryer, comfortable furniture and beds, and many other amenities to make us feel at home. The grocery store was a half a block away, SO convenient! In addition, the location mid-beach was great and allowed us a long walk in either direction. We took a couple of day trips down to Lover's Key and Barefoot beach parks, to the Everglades, and over to Sanibel/Captiva. The owner, Jenny, was very professional and provided us with information on restaurants, activities, and answered all our questions promptly. This was one of our family's favorite vacations!! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!
