This second floor end unit is located off route 17 less than a mile north of Broadway at the Beach offering easy access to Myrtle Beach’s most popular attractions, restaurants and shopping. Conveniently located just a mile from the beach, the villa is a relaxing destination nestled in the pines and palm trees surrounding the Myrtlewood Golf Club. From the balcony, enjoy views of the pool, lake, grill and picnic area, and the 7th green of the Pinehills Course. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer. Occupant must be 25 years of age. Maximum of six people permitted. All rooms are non-smoking. Pets, motorcycles, trailers, motor-homes and watercraft are not permitted on property. Homeowner association rules and regulations apply to all guests. NOTE: Please check online Calendar for availability.
