'Foot Loose and Fancy Free' - a duplex - can be rented by the unit! Our home is located at 612 East Ashley, which is third row at Folly and only 11 miles from downtown Charleston. Beach access walking path directly across the street places you 300 ft. from beach. 'Foot Loose' (upstairs) boasts 1200 square feet, one king bedroom, one bedroom with three singles, family room with pull out sofa, fully-equipped kitchen, dining table that seats eight, and one bathroom. 'Fancy Free' (downstairs) boasts 1200 square feet, one king bedroom, one bedroom with two queens, family room, fully-equipped kitchen, dining table that seats six, and one bathroom. All beds are made with 100% cotton, 300+ thread count sheets. Both units have washer/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, microwave, wireless Internet, cable television, DVD player. Shared gas grill. Absolutely no smoking

We rented the downstairs back in April and loved it so much we rented the whole house the week of October 10th! We were disappointed in the weather but not in the accomodations. Even though we had some chilly and rainy weather during our stay with a few sunshine days thrown in, we all had a fabulous time! Thanks Rose Mary for allowing us to stay at Footloose and Fancy Free! Can't wait to come back in the spring!

Great caretakers! We didn't stay at this exact location but did stay in one of their rentals and my husband and I loved it! We relaxed and enjoyed out time together. The place we stayed was real similar to our home it had three bedrooms and three baths and very clean. We did enjoy a couple of meals there and the apartment had everything we needed. Thanks for allowing us to share your home and we look forward to coming again. I even saved your phone number in my phone!

My family and I had a great time staying at Fancy Free! Everything was as described in the listing and we thouroughly enjoyed our stay! The weather could not have been nicer also! Can't wait until our next trip to Folly Beach!

Folly Beach - Great Time

This is a very clean unit with everything you need. New carpet, fresh paint. Very comfortable cottage feeling. Just a short walk to the beach. Great location! Just bring your swimsuit, flip-flops and whatever you want to eat -- everything else is there! Woody's downtown Folly Beach has great pizza. It's just a short drive into downtown Charleston. Be sure to go to Hominy Grill for an awesome breakfast (it's a little hard to get to because of one way streets but worth the effort). We had a fantastic relaxing time! Owner was great to deal with and made setting it all up very easy.
