DESCRIPTION:

Blue Surf, with only 26 units, is an established family and couples favorite. Its horseshoe layout surrounding a beautifully landscaped courtyard provides a breathtaking Gulf view from your private balcony making morning, afternoon, and evening relaxation time the absolute best!

The seasonally heated pool is centrally located in the courtyard which provides a large play area and charcoal barbeque. Everyone can enjoy games or just hanging out! Best of all, it’s ONLY A FEW STEPS from your front door to the beach! We provide a beach umbrella and lounger/chairs for you!

Parking is right at your back door makes loading in and out quick and simple. The upstairs and downstairs bedroom plan provides plenty of privacy. The family room is equipped with a sleeper sofa for additional family and guests. The fully equipped kitchen offers the opportunity for easy meal preparation. If cooking is too much trouble (you are on vacation!), you are an easy walk to many great restaurants including Captain Dave’s, Kenny D’s, The Crab Trap, The Whale’s Tale, and Pompano Joe's right across the street.

Blue Surf is a family oriented vacation accommodation. We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25. This is a no smoking unit and pets are not permitted.

A $300 refundable security deposit is required. This deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days of departure providing there is no damage or theft and all policies and conditions are followed.

This unit is owned by Dave and Debbie Malina, Memphis TN.

About The Owner

We are just a couple of beach bums at heart! We have lived and worked in, and visited most of Florida over the years. While every place in Florida has its benefits and beauty, we we fell in love with Destin.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2008
Why The Owner chose Frangista Beach

We first heard of Destin while living in South Florida and reading John Grisham's 'The Firm' . Ironically we never experienced Destin until moving to Memphis a few years later.

Destin/Miramar beach is easily accessible from anywhere in the Southeast. It is close to everything NW Florida has to offer. we've been coming here for years. We love the layout of the Blue Surf. It is ideal for families or couples.

There is NOT a more beutiful place in the US to watch the sunset!

Kids love this place and so do the Adults!

What makes this townhome unique

You will experience one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States, and are close to Destin Harbor, not to mention great restaurants, and incredible shopping.

This is our home away from home and we maintain it that way. We guarantee you will find everything to your liking and remain available at any time to address any concerns that may arise.

We have just returned to Canada after spending the month of March in this lovely condo. Dave the owner was very pleasant to deal with. The condo is nicely decorated and the furnishings are modern and in good condition and included 4 TVs (3 flat screens). The kitchen is very well equipped and the keyless door lock is very convenient, eliminating the need to carry a key. The balcony off the living room provided a spectacular view of the Gulf, the pool and the well manicured grounds. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool, which was always crystal clear. We hope to return in the future.

My family, children and grandchildren, went to Destin for a week of fun in the sun. We found the condo very clean and well maintained. The beach was great. The beach supples were plentiful: chairs, umbrella, etc. The pool was very nice. All had a great time. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay at Blue Surf.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Nice unit, older appliances and fixtures but very well maintained and clean and a great price. Wonderful location and view from the second story balcony. Owner was very pleasent to work with. Destin is a wonderful family vacation spot and for the cost and location you can't beat the Blue Surf.

We rented this townhome for the first time this summer and had a magnificent time. The townhome is exactly as portrayed in the pictures on the website. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the view, walked just those 100 steps to the beach, and swam in the pool after the beach. Amenities provided that we really enjoyed were the washer/dryer, 2 parking places immediately at the door, and a keyless lock system that meant we didn't have to worry about taking a key with us to the beach. The location is perfect--close to many restaurants (walking distance to some), grocery stores, and other entertainment. The owners were very helpful and made it an enjoyable experience. Thanks so much for allowing us to use your beach home.

We have been in this unit for 2 years, and are very satisfied with it. The owners are very easy to deal with. The location is very convenient to the beautiful beach, golfing, shopping and restaurants. The condo has been kept very clean. It contain a very good washer and dryer, and has 4 televisions one being a large flat screen. There is a parking space for 2 cars right next to the door.The grounds, and the pool are kept in great shape. We highly recommend this unit for all ages.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
