Spectacular pool home located in prestigious Monomoy built in 2006 with the greatest attention to detail. With antique restored doors, 5 fireplaces and custom paneled library all finished by French craftsmen flown to Nantucket, this home abounds with details seldom seen in a rental house. A fireplaced outdoor living room and dining area on the large covered porch along with the large pool and bluestone patio encourage outdoor living. The inside dining room has french doors and many windows to bring the outside in and the entire first floor integrates the interior with the exterior. Four levels of living space allow privacy for a larger family with a lower level queen bedroom plus living room suite perfect for teenagers, a spacious king bedroom with fireplace and jacuzzi on the first floor and 3 second floor bedrooms. A third floor office with wetbar and wifi throughout the property make online access easy. Water views from the Widow's Walk complete the Nantucket experience.
