New luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Located next to Miami Beach Golf Club, across the street from botanical gardens and Convention center. Minutes walking distance from beaches and Lincoln Avenue. Perfect for those looking for quiet place (sleep without noise), but want to be walking distance to South Beach nightlife, shops, restaurants, groceries. The apartment is completely furnished, is very spacious and accommodates no more than 6 people. There are towels, linens, pots, pans, utensils, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, etc. Baby and young child friendly - bassinet, booster for young child, baby proofing accessories, baby bath tub, child bed rail available on request... IMPORTANT* We are sorry this vacation apartment, is not a party property - parties are not allowed (strictly enforced). People wishing to party, should find another vacation property.
