Our Sealoft was completely renovated in 2007 and we partially enclosed the loft and added a third bathroom, making it unique to this villa design. There is 'NEW' everything...kitchen, baths, flooring, appliances, decking and stairs, doors, some windows and most of the furnishings. The upscale kitchen has been reconfigured and includes a silestone counter, over sized cabinets, and stainless appliances. Bedrooms each have new, remodeled private baths. New flooring throughout includes wood laminate, ceramic tile, and carpet. Private decks offer nice views of the marsh and golf course. The Sealoft Community Pool is right outside the door, and the beach is only a 15 minute walk. A Seabrook Island Amenity Card is included with your rental. If your are looking for an upscale property with every convenience of a home, then you are sure to enjoy our villa.

Rent bicycles and get a feel for the island. Walk the miles of pristine beach while watching the dolphin. Catch a glorious sun rise or colorful sunset. Go crabbing at the crab dock and kayak in Capt. Sam's creek. Nature is in its glory and we hope you love it. Just outside the Seabrook gate is Bohicket Marina where you can rent a boat for a day or take a sunset cruise. You'll find a reason to visit Freshfields Village every day for groceries, shopping and a myriad of organized activites. When you're ready for a city 'fix', venture into nearby Charleston where her history and charm will welcome you. Take a carriage ride, a ghost tour, or simply stroll through one of the many cemeteries. Then dine in some of the first class restaurants for which Charleston is quickly being recognized...you won't be disappointed. One thing is for sure. This 'low country' will captivate you.   • Both of the bathrooms on the first floor have been completely renovated. The master bath was redesigned with a three sided glass shower and a sink with an over-sized counter. Extra cabinetry has been added for storage. The second bathroom has a new/shower tub with new cabinetry and shell counter top. A third shower/bath was added in the loft, and has great light and space.

All closets have been organized with ELFA shelving to maximize storage and offer additional space for storing personal items.

Guests have the ability to use the beach club pools, the Lake site pools and fitness center, the golf course and tennis courts and the equestrian center. There are several restaurants available as well, and the Pelican's Nest restaurant located by the beach pools is a fun and enjoyable spot for all ages. Usage fees do apply.
