A 600 square foot studio loft located in the heart of Salt Lake City, just 5-8 minutes drive from the Salt Lake City airport. Situated on the top floor (4th) of a 100 year old warehouse that was converted (10 years ago) into loft style condominium living. This studio has just been completely renovated with brand new appliances, vintage stamped tin ceiling tiles, antiqued glazed walls, sandblasted brick walls. Decorated in period style with tasteful antiques including a restored 1938 Harley Davidson Flathead. Located within one block of Gateway Mall, Energy Solutions Arena (NBA Utah Jazz, concerts and more) public bus and light rail transportation to other valley locations. Only a few blocks from Temple Square and dozens of fine restaurants. Whether it be for an executive stay or a romantic getaway, this will fill your needs.
