Additional information about rental rates

A Reservation Deposit equal to 35% of the Total Amount Due is required at booking in order to confirm your reservation. This reservation deposit will be applied towards your Rental Fee. Short Term reservations made within 30 days of arrival date and monthly reservations made within 90 days of arrival date will require full payment of your reservation at booking in order to confirm your reservation

Fees And Taxes

12% tax, $75 departure cleaning fee, $25 reservation processing fee, and $35 limited damage waiver. Reservations consisting of 30 days or more will require a $500 Damage Deposit

We will email a confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of the reservation deposit. Please review the confirmation carefully to verify the property rented, the dates of the rental, the applicable charges and any special notes. Contact us immediately to report any errors. After 3 days the confirmation will be considered accurate.

Property location description was misleading. Across street from beach was actually a block away on a parking lot w/o a vew of the ocean. Insided unit was everything advertised and very saatisfactiory.Property outside was well maintained. Too far from beach to walk with beach gear.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback. The condo is located on Beach Blvd and you have to cross the street to reach the water. We apologize if there was any confusion about accessing the water.

Wonderful Condo!! Exactly as it was explained, easy check-in, easy check-out!! Great place, gorgeous beach right in front of location......lots of shopping, lots of places to eat........Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay!!!!! Would HIGHLY reccommend!!!!

We just returned from our weeks vacation in Biloxi staying in Unit #77 in Oak Shores. We enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent. The unit itself was nice and the pictures provided reflected pretty much how the inside of the condo looks. Wear and tear of the unit is evident but is to be expected because the units are rented for any time period. We typically cook in so we were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was adequately equipped and had nice applicances in good working condition and plenty of nice granite counter space. This is not usually the case. It is important to remember that this is an average condo which is available at a fair rental rate. If a luxury condo and condo complex are expected, it could be disappointing. A comment was made previously about the bedroom not having good air circulation and was too hot. The solution that the owner provided worked perfectly. Closing the blinds in the bedroom during the day and running the fan solved the problem. We were pleased that the complex for the most part was very quiet and we hardly heard any outside noises. The owner was very nice to work with. For the most part, I would recommend this particular unit if you take all of the above into consideration.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Young Children
