In the summer months, enjoy the Comox Valley Farmer’s market with live music, lattes, baked goods, seasonal vegetables and “the best in the world” brie, made locally! Walking, biking, hiking, boating, good local theater, great dining, swimming – it’s all here. Eagles Nest is 15 minutes from the Comox Airport where flights are available with Westjet and Air Canada.
With four bedrooms and two bathrooms Eagles Nest is suited to families as well as groups or couples. Specific requirements may be able to be met on request. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, one has a single and the fourth has a double bed.
A television is in the family room and high speed internet access for your laptop. A fully equipped kitchen boasts top end appliances. With one bedroom on the main floor and three others on the second floor, the home is 2400 square feet. With few neighbors on a short road it is ultimately quiet, private and peaceful.
The scenery out your window doesn’t get any better with the mainland mountains and islands, Alaskan cruise ships going by, fish jumping, eagles and seagulls soaring, herons relaxing and if you are lucky, a pod of whales may be spotted.
Ski:
Mount Washington Ski Resort is 35 minutes away and will be hosting skiers training for the 2110 Olympics in Vancouver.
Golf:
From ten to 35 minutes away there are many golf courses. Crown Isle in Courtenay, Glacier Greens and the Comox golf courses, Storey Creek in Campbell River, Sunnydale in Courtenay.
