Osterville on Cape Cod. Pleasant Cape Cod-style home one block from North Bay just off Bay Street. Walk to village and shops. This house has been renovated and updated in 2008-09. New photos will be posted in April 2009.

This non-smoking home features a large family room with dining area. Formal living room and dining area. Five bedrooms, four baths plus bedroom and bath on lower level. Three out of five baths have been expanded, renovated and completely updated. Central air. Attic fan. Screened in porches, flagstone terrace, fenced back yard, Master bedroom deck. Two bedrooms with French doors to new deck. Brand new full kitchen. Laundry room. Mature gardens.

Our home is one house in from the Bay street town landing on the North Bay Cut. Our homeowners' association has a private waterfront lot adjoining the landing. Sunsets are gorgeous.

We are also one house away from the fifth and sixth fairways of the Wianno Club. It is a private and quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything in Osterville.

Dowse's Beach is a 10 minute bike ride or two minute car ride. We provide a Beach Pass.

Other Activities: Parasailing, mini golf, boating, biking, shopping, kayaking, shelling, wildlife viewing, health/beauty spa

My women's group of over 30 years just spent a 3-day weekend at this lovely home. Everything was just as described and better. Clean, spacious, graceful, comfortable, near all sorts of wonderful places, and walking distance from the town, which has some lovely shops. There were so many places to relax, either inside or out, either singly or in large groups. We were nine this year, and it was perfect. The kitchen and the bathrooms are beyond magnificent.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
