Absolutely stunning waterfront property on Lake Waukewan. Built in 2008 this home invites you to come relax and enjoy the many amenities. This home features a huge gourmet kitchen, dining room and fireplace in the living area on the main floor, a large master suite with a jetted tub and 1/2 bath. There is a family room with a bar, surround sound, and access to high-speed internet on the lower level along with a bedroom, bath room and laundry. Upstairs has two bedrooms and bathroom. To finish it off there is a beautiful wrap around deck, with views from every angle or relax down on the sandy beach and nap in the hammock. Close to downtown Meredith with all shops and restaurants. *Security Deposit is required. Absolutely no smoking or pets.

Starting with the 18 hole 'Waukewan' course at the in Center Harbor, New Hampshire features 5,828 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 67.4 and it has a slope rating of 117. Then just a bit further down the road, less than 10 minutes, there is Oak Hill Golf Course located on Pease Rd in Meredith. This is a beautiful 9 Hole Public Course that caters to players of all abilities. Short enough to not intimidate the beginning golfer, yet tight enough to challenge the experienced one.

Fishing etc....: The lakes are stocked annually with perch, trout, bass, pickeral and salmon to name a few. If fishing isn't your thing....there is soooooo much more to do.
