Spend a romantic weekend with your special someone or enjoy the summer months in Santa Cruz with the kids! Our Spacious Studio Cottage is fully furnished with a casual Island style and all the comforts of home. The Studio is about 500 square feet and shares one wall with the main house, but privacy and noise are not an issue. We are kid & pet friendly and can recommend some Great activities for the whole family. The Studio is located just one block from the best Surf in Santa Cruz, Pleasure Point. If surfing is not your thing, then enjoy cruising around town on our 2 New Cruiser Bikes, or just soaking in the Private Hot Tub. There are miles of wonderful beaches in either direction as well as the cliffs for long walks. Walk or ride to nearby shops and restaurants in Capitola or the newly revamped Pleasure Point business area.

Pleasure Point is located on the North end of Santa Cruz, just a five minute drive or a scenic stroll down to Capitola Village and the Esplanade which boasts great shopping and dinning. We are about 10 minutes from Downtown Santa Cruz and The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Just 12 houses from the beach, our secluded studio is just a stones throw from some of the worlds best surf breaks. There are cafes, shopping and dinning all within walking distance from the studio. Just a mile away are 3 major grocery stores and The Capitola Mall. The beaches near the studio are less congested than some of the main beaches of Santa Cruz, and in our guest book you will find some hidden treasure beaches that most visitors miss. The cliffs along the coast are beautiful, and offer miles of scenic walks or bike rides for you and the family.

We came with bedraggled spirits and left happy and relaxed. The owners were respectful of our privacy but their thoughtfulness was evident throughout the cottage as well as having use of two great bikes and an immaculate hot tub. The shower is awesome and the skylight above the bed made it a PERFECT reading spot. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our weather was amazing and the location was perfect. We liked especially that it was right in between Capitola & Santa Cruz. We also loved the cruiser bikes for use, and the easy short walk to Pleasure Point Beach. The hot tub was also a nice way to unwind. Look forward to returning someday.

Absolutely perfect! The cottage is adorable, spotless, quiet. The owners next door are such warm and wonderful people! This is the perfect blend of private getaway and vacation hotspot! Our whole family loved it - even the teenagers! There is something for everyone. AND the bonus is the owners - warm, friendly, respectful - We will stay nowhere else during our future stays! Thanks for a terrific weekend!!!
