Take in all that Seaside, Water Color, and Rosemary Beach have to offer: family activities, concerts, dining, and shopping. A Tom Fazio golf course, Camp Creek is just across the street. And don't forget crabbing, and star gazing. 7 Palms is equipped with a fitness center, sleeping porch, outdoor fireplace, all within 20 steps from the sugar sand beaches.

The home and grounds were lovely, however our time here was not the greatest. We are a family so we took care of this property as we would our own home, however we dropped the remote and were charged 400.00!! Then the owner popped by several times (hello private vacation?) and then all of our paperwork said checkout at 10am but the night before she called to say checkout was 9am?? We looked at our paperwork and just thought she made a mistake but NO the cleaning lady was knocking on our door at 9 to rush us out. Needless to say we don't recommend this home, there are lots of other vacation rentals where you don't have to deal with all the issues we had with this one. We go to Florida every year and rent a home, and have for the last 7 years and we have never had such an experience out of all the other home owners!
Owner's Response: 7 Palms enjoyed a wonderful opening season, with lots of positive feedback and guests who can't wait to return. This was the only complaint and/or incident all year, and the only one that required a deduction from the security deposit. It's unfortunate that perceived issues were never raised until now because we take very seriously any concerns with this property and address them immediately. We look forward to booking your beach vacation at 7 Palms.
