CAR RENTAL: We offer free car rental for our tenants during our off peak months, starting October 1st to May 31st. To qualify, you must reserve with at least 8 occupancy. Please inquire for more details. Please contact us for availability. TC Property Management Inc. is offering this beautiful million-dollar home with approximately 2500 square feet of pure luxury and tranquility. This magnificent property is situated directly on the southwest shores of Lake Washington and comes with its own 50 foot dock and 42 feet of waterfront. Downtown Seattle is about 8 miles away and doesn't involve a single turn. A straight drive from the home to the heart of the city is approximately 15 to 25 minutes. For the added convenience, Safeway, Fred Meyer and WalMart are only a couple of miles away on the same street in either direction. Parking for up to 3 or 4 vehicles is immediately in front of the home and there is plenty of extra parking off street.

  • The home was completely remodeled in 2006 with top grade materials including a very luxurious 5 piece all marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi.

  • This spacious home offers five comfortably appointed bedrooms, 2.75 bathrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 12 people . The bed count is as follows: 1 king, 3 queens, 2 twins, one double size futon in the family room and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The master suite has a king size memory foam sleigh bed that will assure ultimate comfort and a private 200 square foot balcony accessed through beautiful French doors. Walk out through these doors and you will be overwhelmed by the serenity of your unobstructed 180 degrees view of the lake, Seahawk training stadium and Mercer Island. The second, third and fourth bedrooms both sport queen beds that are comfortable. The 5th bedroom also has two equally comfortable twin beds. Please note that for you to get to the master suite, you will have to go through one of the other bedrooms. Air conditioning is only in one bedroom.

Notes: We have a top of the line stainless steel Viking Professional gourmet kitchen, which includes a professional grade six burner gas stove. The whole entertainment floor (lower) has a 10 feet high ceiling that boasts around 90 light bulbs and 14 switches that turns on a seemingly endless array of lighting options. From a romantic dinner for two, to entertaining a party of 12, these lights will surely set the stage for success. To complete the luxury package, we also have new custom laid oak flooring, solid granite countertops and a beautiful solid marble dining table. The back yard has two new large decks handle the maximum occupancy comfortably, and with a locked gate, parents can be assured that their child is safe and secure. Of course a big deck dictates a big bbq, hence our high-quality Straublestone stainless steel bbq. On top of the three burners it also boasts a rotisserie and a deep fryer to satisfy the most demanding back yard entertainer. Propane is provided.

Lake Washington is a huge 21,000 surface acre lake that is 15 miles long and home to the most prestigious properties that Washington State has to offer, including but not limited to the estates of Bill Gates and Paul Allen. Charter service on our newer 44-foot yacht is available and will surely include a visit to Bill Gates’ mansion, the Space Needle, Montlake Cut (University of Washington Stadium) and many many other great tourist locations from the water. Jet ski rentals are also available and will be brought to your private dock. You will be steps (15 to be exact) away from such activities as swimming, boating, jet skiing, canoeing and fishing(2 fishing poles provided). If it’s winter (December thru March), snowmobile rentals and a personal trail guide is available. We invite you to come and watch the turtles swim, herons fly and hawks soar from the comfort of your home away from home. Call for appointment to preview property by anyone on your behalf.

Thanks for the prompt refund. We had a great trip and the house was perfect for our family. It was awesome to be back on Lake Washington. Our only regret was not being able to take the Miss Joleen out for a pleasure cruise. Gives us a great reason to come back in the summer months. My family stayed at this house last Spring and it is superb. It's handy to the airport, many stores and downtown is easy to get to. We enjoyed the beautiful view and foud the house to be very interesting and comfortable.

We were fortunate to stay at this rental for one week. Let me tell you, the pictures do not do the home justice. Gorgeous and elegant are the first words that come to mind. We slept like babies and woke up to the most amazing view. Sipping cofee in the morning and wine in the evening for the whole time that we stay at this wonderful home. What an incredible experience.
