Over-sized lot has plenty of room for parking, and bring your boat trailer! Some of the best scuba diving in the country is just off Sombrero Reef! Entertain and relax on the huge open covered deck, adjoining the large family room with glass on three sides. Sunbathe on the open deck, swim in the private pool, and relax in the hot tub. Sidewalk on tidal pool extends into the Atlantic for fishing or viewing. Drink your morning coffee to brilliant sunrises and cook fresh fish on the outdoor grill as the sun sets!

we found the outside of this property to be as great if not better than advertised! The pool seemed to be brand new and all was maintained well. The views were wonderful! We had all we needed inside the house- very comfortable! Two families with a total of 6 were very comfortable! Kitchen well supplied!

We brought our boat with us - dock was great! Only suggestion- the house did not have any instructions on how to get to channel to get out to ocean- we figured it out- hug the properties until you see the channel marker - we went out west - past a few inlets until we got to the channel.
