Gorgeous, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, half duplex right on the ocean. Newly refurbished in 2007. It has new kitchen appliances; new bathroom and kitchen counter tops, the living room and bedrooms were newly redecorated with cool and relaxing beach colors. It is clean and fresh, and you will absolutely LOVE this house.

  • There are two master bedrooms upstairs both with queen size beds and their own private bathrooms. One of them is oceanfront with it's own private balcony. There are two bedrooms downstairs one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 full size beds. These bedrooms share a buddy bathroom. There is also a huge deck with built in seating on the first floor. You even have an enclosed, hot and cold water, outside shower.

Notes: The family room has a beautiful two-story cathedral ceiling with a wall of windows to enjoy the amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. We often see the dolphins swimming and playing right in front of the house several times a day! Minimum Age Limit for Renters. 2 dog Maximum We are pet friendly (up to two dogs). Absolutely NO smoking. This price includes maid service before and after your stay. If you do not want to bring your own linens you can rent them from a company on the island.

We stayed here for the 1st week of September 2008. It was great. We had beautiful weather (except for the last day when TS Hanna blew in). It is so nice staying oceanfront. The beach is great and uncrowded, the views incredible and walk is short. At high tide we often got little tidal pools out front that our granddaughter just loved to play in. Loved the place, not too big, not too small -- just right. Plus access to the sound is just 4 blocks away with a nice place to launch our kayaks w/parking. We had a great vacation here.

This house is great, it is decorated in light and airy colors that transport you to your own vacation paradise. We stayed here just a short weekend last year. We could not wait to return for a full week this year. The ocean is just steps away, and our dog was able to run safely into the waves. Emerald Isles are full of local treasures, great restaurants, and fish houses. You will not want to leave.
